How does it work?
Organizers create an event and recommend hotels, activities, and services. Guests receive an invitation via WhatsApp, giving them access to their own branded platform and their own AI concierge — they can plan and book through either.
Do guests need to download an app?
No — everything happens either on your branded web platform or through a WhatsApp conversation with your own AI concierge.
Can guests customize their trips?
Yes — mix and match from the organizer's recommendations on the platform, message the AI concierge directly, or work with our concierge team on additional requests.
Is there a fee for guests?
No. Guests plan and book at no added cost; Albatross earns commission from hotel and service partners.
Does Albatross offer group payments?
Yes — split payments let a group divide the cost of hotels, activities, and services automatically, on the platform or through the concierge.
What happens if a guest cancels their room?
It can be resold or reassigned to another guest instead of going to waste.
